Growth starts here…
Welcome!
Life can be hard. Like, really, really hard. But because you’ve found your way to this page, I already know three things about you:
You are strong.
You have been trying really hard.
You believe that your life is meant for more than simply surviving.
You were never meant to live a life filled with fear, shame, or hopelessness.
You were never meant to spend all your time and energy fighting anxiety, battling your thoughts, or avoiding triggers.
You were never meant to feel scared of your own mind or live in fear of what tomorrow might bring.
Many of the folks I treat explain that they just want to be able to stop fighting so hard. They want relief from fear and panic. Freedom from obsessive thoughts and rumination. They want to feel at home in their own bodies and minds again. They know they are smart, competent, and have so much to offer, but their intrusive thoughts and urges rob them from their values and goals, making their lives much smaller than they should be.
If this sounds like you, I want you to know that you're not alone, it's not your fault, and there is so, so much hope. You are not destined to live the rest of your life controlled by worry, panic, fear, shame, or helplessness.
Whether it’s the intrusive thoughts and compulsive rituals of OCD, the fear and avoidance of phobias, the internal nightmare of panic, the shame and helplessness of skin-picking/hair-pulling, or the inner restlessness and self-loathing of ADHD, you are seen and understood. And with a safe space, a few good tools, and a willingness to try something new, you can experience relief.
How do I know? Because I have personally struggled with, and have recovered from, the issues I specialize in today. My own experience gave me the empathy and drive to become an expert in treating the OCD, BFRB’s, and ADHD.
If you resonate with the words above, please contact me to see if we’re a good fit. I see Washington-based clients for individual therapy, and I run support groups that are open to anyone in the world.

About Me
My greatest joy in life is to deeply connect with other human beings, and I believe that when people are given the opportunity to be heard and understood, healing and change are born. My approach to counseling is flexible and client-centered: I see each individual as unique and complex; therefore, I do not adhere to a one-size-fits-all approach. Rather, I attempt to understand how a person’s history, genetic makeup, and personality inform their current symptoms. This allows me to tailor-make a treatment plan that is ultimately focused on helping my client meet their goals, find relief from their most distressing symptoms, and step into a value-filled future.
