Do you find yourself stuck in your own thoughts and compulsions? Are they difficult to resist? Are you “beating” yourself up for feeling like you lack willpower or strength to resist the intrusive daily persistent thoughts that tell you that you “have to engage in compulsions to feel better”? Do you feel like your thoughts are contradicting your moral values and scare you? Do you feel an inner shame, exhaustion and self isolate to avoid having others notice the compulsions?

You’re not alone and there are many ways to get out of these persistent behaviors. We will work together to reduce your compulsions, replace your most intrusive thoughts and use them to your benefit to build strength. Where one tool might fail, we will utilize another until we find the right approach to combat these thoughts and compulsions!

Sometimes we don’t realize that our perceived weaknesses are our most valuable strengths. With me you can start realizing your potential and what behaviors might not service you in your day to day life. Want to find that extra support and put an end to maladaptive behaviors that aren’t useful? Then I’m the therapist for you!

On my free time I spend most of my time with my family but I’m also planing on starting a PhD degree this winter so that I can ensure the best care available for my clients!
